   Start at Patonga with steep climb to fire trail at the top. Panoramic views of Patonga, Pearl Beach, Lion Island, Palm Beach. Walking pole handy. Then mostly downhill. Cross two beach inlets with possible wet feet at Umina. Bus return to Woy Woy Station. Late finish. Train return to city from Woy Woy.
