Park at GR 430 228 on Wolgan Road and make our way up Minotaur Lair Gully, then use Minotaur Pass at GR 419 230 to climb up to the top of Koopartoo Mesa. From here, walk SW and find a way down into a tributary of Koopartoo Gully at around GR 415 226. Moving SSE, investigate slots and pagodas until about GR 416 222. From here, walk W and use the tape to descend at GR 414 222, or, if time allows, traverse to GR 413 220 and use a known double tape descent route from GR 414 221.
Descend to Wolgan Rd at GR 420 216 and walk 1.5km back to the cars (alternatively, a car shuffle could have been set up). Partly exploratory. Scrambling and exposure. Location: Wollemi NP Map: Ben Bullen 89314S
