Starlights Track circuit leads out on Nattai fire trail along a ridge above the Nattai River. After following the sandy track for about 7 kms we reach a disused fire trail which leads down to the river. There are signs of habitation in the valley. We then follow the Nattai River along to Macarthurs Flat and a lunch spot. After lunch we make the steep climb up Starlights Track back to the Nattai fire trail. Hazards: Sandy rough track with fallen trees. Very steep ascent and decent. Vines and overgrown sections. Limit:12.
