Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longThis is one of the best walks in the GOS National Park taking in the beauty of McLeans Pass and then onto Pt. Cameron via Mt Jamison and back. There are superlative views all along the way via the Ridgetop Traverse. Rock scrambling and sections are off track, but not too thick scrub! Limit: 15. Map: Ben Bullen & Cullen Bullen View

Paddle | A canoe or kayak trip(Narrabeen Spring Celebration) 9am to noon - Relax on the Lagoon: Combined kayak and yoga session. Join yoga expert Fernando Charnis and paddle the lagoon to an ideal spot among the shady trees for a relaxing yoga session. The yoga session will be hatha style and last about an hour (do as little or as much as you want). If you are new to yoga, Fernando will show you how. Double kayaks available for hire for the trip across the lagoon - paddle tuition and life vests will be provided. Bring your yoga mat and towel. Limited numbers so booking essential.
