| South eastern cliff line of Donkey Mountain. This is the second walk to this area, to re-visit some of the highlights of the first walk and to explore further. Park on Wolgan Road at GR 386 199. Walk up SSE towards the NE end of Donkey Mountain. At about GR 387 190, turn SW and sidle underneath the cliffs, visiting spectacular overhangs, including Masterpiece Wall. At about GR 376 183, take the ramp up to the next level and explore it, moving NE to the extent possible. What happens next will depend on what we will find, but generally the aim is to eventually gain the top of the mountain and return via one of the known passes. Exploratory. Scrambling and exposure.
