  After checking out the spectacular view into the Shoalhaven River from Badgerys Lookout we descend 500m down the track to the river. Along the river we have several options: one option is checking out Tryers Gorge just upstream of Sparkes Buttress and another is to wander along the casurinas before having lunch and then ascending back to the cars via the same route.
