Steep sections, fire trails, bush tracks, a long & strenuous (1.5km) climb to St Johns Lookout. Possible leeches during walk. Moderate pace. Carry morning tea, lunch & water for the day. Finish at Gosford Shops. Train return to city. View

The track leads along the cliff face and ascends up to enter Barren Grounds. The lunch spot provides beautiful views down to the coast. Rough track, very steep descents and ascents, slippery rocks and unfenced cliff edges.
