  Walking the Engardine Track down to Kangaroo Creek, then following the creek up. Possible swim at Olympic pool alone the way, or at Karloo pool before walking back to Heathcote Station via Karloo Track.
The section below Olympic pool has multiple creek crossings and the track can be difficult to follow.
This walk has been done in the opposite direction before, this way the flat and hot section near Engadine is done in the morning while cooler. Descending to the lowest part of Kangaroo Creek first and then slowly ascending up the creek. Swim to cool off or just dip your feet in before final walk up track to station.
