   A 3-day adventure. Day 1: From Culoul Range Trail, descend to the Colo River. Establish a base camp. Day 2: A recce day to explore a route up through the cliffs on the western side, and beyond for a future trip (around Barakee Pass). Day 3: Walk up Boorai Creek to about GR 737 220 and then climb back to the ridge and the cars. About 20 km total. Great swimming in between walking. Partly exploratory. Scrambling and exposure.  (Fully Booked) Leaders: Allan Porter and Philip Wright. Starting from Lawson, we walk once during the day so as to familiarise with the route in day light. Then we have a break to have dinner before we walk in the dark to see the Glowworms. Chinese/Lawon Hotel/IGA/Bowling Club/ Petrol Station available at Lawson. You must commit to both day and evening walks before RSVP. Bright headlamp with spare batteries is essential for your safety. If you arrive with no headlamp, you will be turned back. The evening hike will be shortened to ensure we make the last train home from Hazelbrook at 10:35 pm.
