  A sublime coastal walk along the flat, sheltered, wide open beaches and bushland from Washerwomans Beach, past the Walter Hood monument and on to Mermaid Pool. Return via the same route. BYO goodies for BBQ/picnic lunch afterwards at Washerwomans Beach.

 Car shuttle to the start of the walk at Ridgewell Rd car park. Walk along Burramoko Fire trail towards Hanging Rock, but turn off to Burra Korain Track and walk along to Burra Korain Head with views across Victoria Creek, the Gross River and some views of Hanging Rock before reaching Burra Korain Head. Lovely views as you walk along the ridge. Cars required. Please state whether you plan to travel by car.
