Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPhotography | A trip that has a strong focus on encouraging people to capture photographs.Public Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.(Changed Transport Details) Walking the newly reopened Charles Darwin Track to Wentworth falls, then onto the spectacular Rocket Point Lookout and through to Little Switzerland beyond which we discover Lincoln's rock with its historic war time shelter. From there we make our way back to the station. Booking essential giving your NPA, mobile and emergency numbers unless I already have them. Some street walking, uneven tracks, creek crossings, bush stairs and cliff edges.

Walking from Glenbrook Station to O'Donoghues Hotel at Emu Plains. Lunch is booked for 12:30pm. From Glenbrook Station we walk over the highway to Moore St and make our way past The RAAF Base and down Knapsack St. Walk through some old railway cuttings to the lookout above Knapsack Viaduct. We go under the Viaduct and then under the Freeway to Leonay Oval and on to the Nepean River Path. Walk is mostly on paths, but there are steep and rough sections. Walk is not shaded and the Penrith area gets hot in summer.
