   (NEW!!!) Mermaids pool and Tahmoor gorge is a delightful circuit walk that takes you past numerous cascades and swimming holes where you can escape the heat of late Summer. On the last two occasions I did this walk it rained so we couldn't complete the entire walk through the most spectacular part of the gorge.
