This is the first stage of the SYDNEY HARBOUR AND COAST WALK which is a continuous walk from Palm Beach to Manly to Parramatta to South Head to Otford following the coast and Harbour foreshore. The full walk is over 350 km and will be completed as 23 day walks on alternate Tuesdays over the course of this year. No need to commit to do all the stages, just come when you can. This first stage is from North Palm Beach to Barrenjoey Headland, Palm Beach, Whale Beach, Bangalley Head and ends at Avalon SLSC. Hazards: Some ascents, cliff edge, some street walking. Limit:20. Meet at junction of Barrenjoey Road and Beach Road in north Palm Beach at 10 am. L90 from city arrives 9.43 am. If coming by car best to park at Avalon and get L90 to Palm Beach.
