Walk alongside the river to Simmos Beach Reserve. At finish bus return to Glenfield Station.
Catch the 8.12am train from Central (Airport Line, Platform 23) to Glenfield ETA 8.55. Then meet at bus stop across reailway Pde. (eastern side) for 9.16am bus 872 to Macquarie Fields (East).
