Walk north then north west, to join Flat Rock Ridge at GR 192 004. Follow it north east until GR 215 024, then use a track to walk to the Mill Creek Picnic Area cars. Complete the shuffle. Partly exploratory. About 12 km. Scrambling and exposure.
