Swim | A trip that involves swimmingWalk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longOn this extremely scenic walk we will descent Long Point and follow the Shoalhaven River downstream stopping along the way for the odd swim before ascending Badgerys Lookout. This trip was previously washed out due the rain so heres hopeing we have good weather. Wet feet and at times slippery rocks along the Shoalhaven. Steep descent and ascent on good tracks. Limit: 15. Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPagoda World and Silkpod Creek. A walk in the unprotected part of the Gardens of Stone region, currently under threat from mining. Park the cars on fire trail No. 4 off Sunnyside Ridge Road at GR 396 077, then walk east and south to visit Pagoda World. Descend into Silkpod Creek and make our way to its junction with Carne Creek. Ascend Silkpod Point and, if time permits, investigate the next ravine to the east on our way back to the vehicles. All off track, some rock scrambling and exposure. Possible wet feet. Limit: 12.
